Revenue Operations Liaison

Advanced understanding of healthcare accounts receivable, Charge Description Master, HIM and Revenue Integrity integration preferred.
Understanding of Compliance Guidelines
Knowledge of UB-04, diagnosis and procedure coding terminology
Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel)
Intermediate writing skills
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Ability to multi-task
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience required to perform the job.
4 year college degree or equivalent experience
3 ? 5 years experience in a hospital business office environment performing billing and/or follow-up functions

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
