Conifer Health Solutions is currently hiring for a Support Services III Representative.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for processing credit card requests, medical records, EOB's, UB92's and itemized statements. Also responsible for researching and posting transactions and interacting with designated facility contacts as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Others may be assigned.
Processes requests for medical records, EOB's, Ub92's, and itemized statements to designated business unit contact.
Processes requests for credit cards by contacting designated facility contact.
Researches transactions for posting appropriateness.
Researches rejected assignments for appropriateness and contacts business unit contact to correct.
Keys bad debt assignments or manual assignments.
Researches accounts in different HIS systems for systematic issues.
Files documents in centralized filing area, destroys documents when holding period has expired in a confidential manner.
Backs up receptionist to assist with lunches and breaks as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
